What sort of personal data do I collect?
When you visit my website or contact me via email I may collect the following information:
I use a third party server to host my website. The website server automatically logs the IP address you use to access the website as well as other information about your visit such as the pages accessed, and the date and time of the request. The server is located in the United Kingdom.
The website server logs are used for IT security purposes. This includes analysing log files to help identify and prevent unauthorised access to our website, the distribution of malicious code, denial of services attacks and other cyber attacks, by detecting unusual or suspicious activity. This data is retained until the end of the month following the month of access and then automatically deleted.
When you contact me using the contact form, I collect the following information: your name, email address and any information you include in the message field. If you do not provide the mandatory information required by the contact form, you will not be able to submit the contact form and I will not receive your enquiry.
I require this information in order to be able to process your enquiry. This data is not held on our web server and is transferred to my email provider’s servers located outside the United Kingdom.
When placing an order I collect the following information: your name, email address, IP address you use to access the website, your home address, phone number and delivery address together.
I require this information in order to process your transaction. No payment details are held by me but are processed by PayPal.
